Anticipating the convergence of audio, data, and networked infrastructure, he later focused on networking and security disciplines, building capability in areas where operational technology and information systems intersect.

This combination of practical and technical experience led to senior involvement in the delivery and oversight of large-scale, security-sensitive programmes within regulated environments. His work has included responsibility for coordinating complex systems, managing risk across disciplines, and supporting stakeholders where reliability, assurance, and discretion are critical.

In addition to his technical background, he holds formal legal training, strengthening his ability to support sensitive and high-profile engagements with clarity and proportionality. This perspective helps ensure that technical decisions are informed not only by capability, but by governance, accountability, and long-term exposure.

Across his career, he has focused on aligning technologies that are often treated in isolation, enabling more coherent and resilient outcomes across AV, networking, cybersecurity, and security systems. This breadth of experience underpins a hands-on, holistic approach grounded in practical judgement and exercised with appropriate discretion.

Our Marketing and Branding Lead brings a diverse background across both B2C and C2C environments, enabling us to craft messaging and brand strategies that resonate with a wide range of audiences. With an academic foundation in English Literature and a Distinction in her Marketing Master’s degree, she blends creative insight with strategic precision.

Her professional experience spans several sectors, including spa and wellness, beauty, and AV, giving her a strong understanding of how brands connect with customers across different markets. She has worked alongside major high-street names such as Boots and Superdrug, as well as supported smaller, niche clients ranging from independent artists to a private jet carbon emissions consultancy.

In addition to her marketing expertise, she has completed advanced training in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, allowing her to deliver high-quality creative assets with both technical skill and artistic detail.

Our Commercial Lead brings over 25 years of systems and electronics experience across both B2C and C2C environments, with a career rooted primarily in the AV, security, and fire industries. His strong technical understanding, paired with proven experience in marketing and branding, enables clear and efficient collaboration across all areas of CMC.

He has successfully managed relationships with the UK’s largest technology distributors, as well as major national institutions including Network Rail. His commercial experience extends beyond the UK and Ireland, having supported clients across EMEA and Australia/New Zealand, giving him a broad perspective on international markets and operational requirements.

This depth of technical knowledge, combined with seasoned commercial insight, allows us to deliver well-informed, strategically aligned solutions for our clients. He has undergone the revered Pareto Sales Training, the Fortinet Certified Fundamentals in Cybersecurity, NetGear AV certification level 1, and is also an Affiliate member of the Institute of Sound, Communications and Video Engineers (AmInstSCVE).
